The wave of change that came with the Coronavirus pandemic forced a lot of restaurants to close their doors to people like me who appreciate restaurant hopping while some have resorted to just takeout and deliveries. The Food Factory is a new spot on the block belonging to the second category.

I’ve been in my hometown, Yenagoa for the holidays and I decided to play “Tourist” in my city alongside my siblings. We visited Blozzom’s Bistro, a salad bar and cafe.

On my way home for the holidays, I made a quick stop at Port Harcourt to see my brother and a friend. We decided to check out Corner Store Cafe, a coffee shop that serves a variety of coffee drinks and pastries.

THE LAGOS BISTRO
I got to experience a taste of Lagos in Abuja when I visited Lagos Bistro with some friends. Lagos Bistro is a new restaurant that opened a week ago in Abuja, Nigeria. I stumbled on their Instagram page and I was immediately in love with their space.

RESTAURANT HOPPING AND A VISIT TO CENTRAL PARK ABUJA
At the beginning of the year, I had this idea to go restaurant hopping and site seeing in Abuja, since I’ve decided to stay back after my NYSC. Two weeks ago, I got a DM from a lovely lady asking if I’d like to check out a few places with her when she arrives Abuja and of course I said YES!. We agreed to visit three places: Tea Room, Marrakech and Central Park.
